Nick Maro is a comedy giant, standing at over 6-feet tall, and with the ability to smell the blood of an Englishman. The Perth-based stand-up comedian has run several festival shows including:
- 2016: Nick & Sam’s World Tour (Adelaide Fringe Festival).
- 2017 : Me Talking About Stuff.....Some a Little Dirty (Perth Fringe Festival).
- 2018: Pandemonium (Perth Fringe Festival).
Performing comedy for over six years in Australia and South-East Asia, he’s entertained royalty (or at least had Prince Charles chuckle at his work in a lobster factory), and offers non-binding legal advice to the less privileged… also known as other comedians.
Nick could be considered moral detective, dismembering difficult subjects with the ease that your better-looking brother-in-law carves the Christmas turkey. Beneath the erratic and energetic exterior, something darker, dirty and more interesting lurks. And that always makes for an interesting show.
"this guy is seedy… like really seedy, where else are you going to see someone that makes the entire audience both uncomfortable and laugh at the same time then at one of Maro’s shows" - Fourth Wall Media.
